wheel backspacing

hey guys, im planning on building a frame with c4 vette irs.  i want to know about how much backspacing will i need to fit 24's under a 72 c-10.  also, is here anyone out who has drilled there rotors to fit another lug pattern and did it sucessfully?  thanks guys
