88-98 Chevy Ex Cab...how many cab mounts???

I'm working on a 2000 (88-98 Bodystyle) crew cab and can not find a body mount kit for this truck.
 
I got a local place to order me in an energy suspension kit which came with 6 mounts (4 cab, 2 rad)
 
It is kit 3.4123.
 
The Energy Suspension site also lists a 3.4122 kit for extended cabs. Do the extended cabs have 6 cab mounts like the crew cabs? If so I'll take the kit I have back and get the 3.4122 kit.

Awesome hopefully the 3.4122 ex cab kit will work with a crew cab then. This place argued with me forever that the 6 mount reg cab kit they sold me is the only one available, and for the crew cabs you need to use the rad mounts as cab mounts and so dont get cradle mounts lol. I'll go to them with the ex cab part # today and see what they say!
