I cant tell from the pics you posted but it appears your bag has some room on the inside to move closer to the frame.  Meaning the upper mount is too far out.  You want to have that upper and lower mount place the bag as close to the frame raile as possible without the bag touching it.  Usually about 2 finger widths away fully deflated.     Also, like everyone else said, the Re6 bags dont baloon out as much as the rest so you can gain some real estate therer too.  Then you can turn that bolt in some and get more steering I would imagine.

Those bags are mounted way too close to the spindle. Looks like there rubbing from that picture. Upper bag mount is hitting the control arm. Your gonna have to do some trimming on the 720 even if you use Slam spec. bags to fit right. Mines been done since 95 and never had a bag problem.

bag way too far out, no question...

notch the frame and get the bag way in and gain lift and turning at the same time.

ya move it in. I fit a 6" slam between the frame and spindle with no issues

I've messed with my share of 720's and hardbody front ends...

Definately move the bag closer to the frame...you'll be good to go.
