how to lower motor S10

i was looking for some help on lowering my stock 2.2L 4cyl motor in my body dropped s10 to be able 2 use the stock hood...i know people do the cavalier intakes but haven't actually seen it for myself..anything would be a great help..thanks!

nothing? Come on guys/gals someone has 2 be able 2 help me out here...

you might be able to make new motor mounts,like 1/2" to an inch shorter? i really dunno though,never done it.

the cavalier intake is waaaaay easier man. do you have stock uppers or tubular? thats the only real delima. im installing one now, i'll post up pics. it dropps the motor height by 4/5" easy

Kevin Brown here in San Diego did mine the hard way, I think.  He sectioned my intake manifold, sectioned the oil pan, and lowered the motor mounts.  I'm not sure how much the motor mounts had to be lowered.   -Stew-

post those cavi photos up and a quick diy description of whats needed to be done to pull it off...Alot of guys ask me and well i just dont have photos and you guys do that would be awesome to just copy and paste this link to them...
