shaved license plate civic hatch

anybody know any shop that is fabing up a filler plate with that crazy curve in it for a 1997 honda civic hatch?  i am looking to shave the license plate box in the hatch.  thanks guys and i don't have a break or a english wheel.

doesn't take long to make one...i shaved both of them on the previous civics i owned and it's just a matter of slightly bowing it after you get the top curve made that drops from the upper edge of the trunk.
