Have you seen this place?  Stuff is called Poly Armour. You can bend it by hand, it's got way better corrosion resistance than steel, flares easy, and comes in rolls or straight lengths for domestic and import applications..   And it's available at most regular auto parts stores now.  Hope this helps somebody.   http://www.agscompany.com/

Got the brake lines figured out, BUT what does everyone use for fuel lines?   I would like to hard line it but I need to do a feed, return, and a vent line or if anyones got any suggestions where can i move the emissions can to?  It currently up front next to the radiator.

i could be wrong but i think you can use these to adapt it to -an and use what ever line you want: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1∂=RUS-640860&N=700+115&autoview=sku http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=RUS-640850&view=1&N=700+   same ones this guy used:

I appreciate the reply but those arent the same connections my sending unit has,  Mine has the nut that slides over the tube with a bubble looking flare and a oring.  And suggestions?   96 Tahoe

there might be a better way but since those are steel lines you could cut the flare off and slide any fitting on there and re flare it the same as the hardlines, just a thought.

---------------------------------------------Originally posted by bigjonI appreciate the reply but those arent the same connections my sending unit has,  Mine has the nut that slides over the tube with a bubble looking flare and a oring.  And suggestions?   96 Tahoe --------------------------------------------- That thread style is not standard by any means, it is what GM uses however. It is the same style that is on power steering boxes. It is refered to by Jegs and other places as "metric power steering threads" IIRC the feed is like 16 and the return is 14mm. I coverted to all AN with a fuel cell because i couldn't find a female power steering -> AN adaptors.  They do sell a male PS -> AN adatptor that will thread right in your OEM fuel filter though.   You should be able to get away with a hose clamp -> rubber line on the return line as that is lower pressure.  You need to come up with a fitting system for the feed though, especially on a multipoint fuel injection setup. If you were TBI I would say just run rubber and clamps all around because the fuel pressure is only around 7PSI, but im pretty sure you are MP-EFI.
