the struts i used are from aim/ chassis tech. when i was ready to spend some money they were the only "universal" kit you put together yourself i could find. i put about 400 miles on them before i raised the strut towers with no problems. i raised the towers and they rubbed the firewall so i built some spacers. now it doesnt lay out anymore. it would if the tire didnt hit the bag when i use the lower holes to mount the strut.

basically it is a pain, now the drive shaft bids when you ride low.  the worst part of raising the towers is that you can't get a grinder in there to clean up the galvanized coating so all the welds look like turds.   here is the tub to cover the tire

If you ending up wanting BRISLANDS cylinders I can get in touch with him.  He did shut down the business and couple years ago, but I am pretty sure he still has stock on his cylinders and rebuild kits for them.  Yes they are fully rebuildable and they are made from steel, not aluminum.  They do take a bit more pressure to lift, but they will never break, and being as they are rebuildable  they will last forever. just email me or call me 604-613-6441 or evolwheels@gmail.com
