engine covers and overheating/other problems?

Been thinking about doing an engine cover, BUT i actually drive my F150. Anybody have any problems with overheating? or any other mechanical/engine problems when doing one?

i cant answer ur ? but i may have somewhat of a solution. how bout make it simple to remove so u can ride without out it and put it on just for shows?
