Mufflers

What you all running? I am runing a flowmaster Outlaw race tube muffler. Its loud and throaty but does not have the rummble i was looking for... any suggestions?

I have dual 2 chamber flowmasters... sound awesome with my cam

i'm runnin true duals, 3" in and out on both super 40 series flowmaster. it sounds like it should run 11's in the 1/4 mile but it dont. sounds bad ass though

i like magnaflow on a 4 cyl, flowmaster on 6 & 8's

magna flows sound like someone burping in a public bathroom in my opinion. If you want rumble without the highway noise, get a good straight through stainless type. Ansa silverline is some good stuff, but not cheap. I got an RX7 the other day with dual borla stainless mufflers and stainless borla presilencer and it is very nice sounding till you hammer on it, then it uncorks and sounds MEAN.

It's been welded in and fits awesome, and keeps me legal! We should be firing it up for the first time this week, I'll let you guys know how it sounds...

How many cylinders?

I hate the sound of flowmasters on a v-6. Especially on a full size truck, especially with echo chambers. I would rather listen to Ashley Simpson sing "I will Survive" with Moby playing the music on a Fisher Price toy keyboard.

I have a nice borla on my truck and it sounds pretty throaty but it's not as loud as you might want it to be.
