I was just refering to it being a garage. I'd look into the whole insurance thing before you decide to build. Insurance companies don't play around. They're out to make money just like the next guy. Some insurance companies will drop you if you have a pitt bull. Does that make sense? Nope. Just because those dogs have been mistreated and misused, now they have a bad name. And an insurance company jacking up your price sky high or dropping you because of what kind of dog you have. That's just ridiculous. I've had some poor experiences with insurance companies and cars. The sebring that I use to have, had an engine replaced because of flood damage. The car was broken into while it was at the dealership. I had two off brand 12's, that didn't cost that much, that beat. Someone wanted them sooo bad. They had to tear into the car to get them. No door handles. I had to make another claim with the insurance company and they screwed me over. They gave me $170.00 for a sony cd player, the two 12's, Hifonics Zues amp, the broken quarter window, and new trim for the passenger door. Mind you i had reciepts for all the electronics. This is why I'll never carry full coverage on any of my vehicles. It just isn't worth it. I was paying this insurance company $350.00 a month for full coverage on this car and liability on another. And they couldn't even repair my car with decent parts. I would just go and check before you decide to build. It's always better to find out first. Don't get me wrong, I love the plans! I love to have that setup. I just think insurance would be a bit**.

YEAH...I am about to have my 40x60 done..the slab was BIAAAA...I have 86 yards of concrete under it (at $105 a yard btw). Basically all of my build money went into the foundation so now I cant afford power. But all in time I guess.
