i need webber carb linkage parts

i was leaving the mall and the throttle stuck open. shut it off, coasted to a spot. found out that the nut holding my carb linkage together fell off. it lost one of the parts, but i found it a block away. i never found the nut itself, or the clip. and it seems like there is a little barrel spacer or something thats missing. ive got a 32/36 on a 78 toyota 20r. but it should be about the same as that carb on anything.

so, can i get this stuff at a parts store? only from weber? whats the thread diameter and pitch on that nut, i want to double nut or nyloc the fucker. its come loose before. if anybody has extras of this stuff and wants to donate it, that would be awesome. i ziptied stuff together to get it home, but i need to do it right.
