Would a check valve do anything for me in between the tank and valves? Should i use check valves?

Is this setup a bad idea? Will it be slow like this? Im open to suggestions thanks guys!

Check valve between your valve and tank would keep your bags from losing pressure if your tank pressure drops. Valves mounted at the tank will be a little slower than if they were mounted closer to the bag. Not much though.

check valves are not a have to part, but are nice to have. if you run one you can put it either infront of the supply valve or after it as long as the exaust valve is between the check valve and the bag. i like running my near the bag, cause i like hearing the valves work at the corner that moves. plus you can hide them. closer the the bag is faster but not real notice able, i have also notice that if gives u a lil more supply air and uses a lil less of the air. at the moment my truck dose not have an air tank and all i got are the line ran so when i conect the shop air tank u can hear all the line filling for a sec or so.
