boyd wheel headaches. anyone else?

man this is the 2nd wheel i have had this issue with. i just took my wheel off and its leaking from the weld that holds the wheel to the hoop. the first one i figured was just a chance one got out that wasnt welded right but now i have another doin the same damn thing.

i was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what they did to fix it. i thought of calling them and having them fix it but it doesnt seen like it would be worth the hassle, seems like it would be easier to just tig it up like i did my other. thanks for reading

oh and this isnt a knock on boyd wheels, i am not trying to bad mouth them in one bit. i just figure some got out when the machine was set incorrectly or something

No, no problems with mine and mine had to be undone and rewelded with a bigger offset.

I had a slow leak from some corrosion in the bead of the tire and ended up bending a wheel. But thats more of a Operator problem and not so much a Boyd problem. =)
