I'd stick with the grille you are making man...hell of a job on all the work! Anybody can cut up a production grille...not too many people have the patience or ability to make one like that by hand. Stick with it!

decided to stick it out but did change it up a bit. I went with 1/4 and 3/16 square bars. I did the outline with the 1/4, then went 1/4 - 3/16 - 3/16....

Not sure on how to finish it, keep going in the same pattern or run the rest horizontally.

Heres a few pics of it somehwat cleaned up

^ keep going the way you are going (with the same pattern) just not sure what youll do to tie the two diff angles together. maybe a honda "H" in the center? or i guess according to the way i "photoshopped" it that the angles could subtally meet in the middle (like this)

ya I saved all the metal. I was thinking about doing the "H" or something like that. Thanks for photoshopping that.

IMO the upper & lower should match, everything horizontal.

i'm glad you evened up the hood bro, but i think horizontal bars would look a hell of alot better

It will I just have to get the top completed first. that lower grill is about 3.5 years old, I just havent taken it off yet.

Might be a little to late for this comment but you might think about having them watterjeted out of 1/4 aluminum plate, save you allot of time. thats what we did on our Sunfire and Mike loved them LOL!
