can you put lowering blocks on a car tralier and it still be safe to tow a car on it

You probably could but I would question its safety on the road while towing. The height of the block will allow added force to be applied to the leaf due to the axles now increased leverage on it. This may amplify trailer sway while towing or affect the wheels reaction to braking if the trailer has any brakes on it. Just a couple of thoughts anyways. Why do you want to lower it btw? Just curious

most trailers are spring over axle. if yours is like that, just buy a ford ranger flip kit.

mono-leaf it. I'm sure that will work.
