i had a buddy that did steriods. he went from about 155lbs soaking wet with bricks in his pockets to about 205lb and solid as hell. looked like he had no neck and was covered in zits for a while.
I've been working out for about a year now, eating healthy for about 6 months. Dropped 56 pounds since then. Recently went major hardcore with my diet. Here's a sample day (doesnt really change day to day):
Breakfast (7:00 am):
Breakfast shake consisting of:
8 - Egg whites
1 - Whole egg
5 - Strawberries
1 - Small Banana
1 - Scoop Whey Protein Powder
1 - 1 Cup whole oats
5 - Ice cubes
1 - Apple
Snack 1 (10:00 am):
1 - Can tuna, water drained
2 - Slices wholemeal bread
Deli mustard
Lunch (1:00 pm):
1 - 6-8oz chicken breast or sirloin steak grilled
2 - 170 ml Yogurt
Snack 2 (4:00 pm):
1 - 170ml Yogurt
1 - 1/2 cup Quinoa or Brown Rice
Dinner (7:00 pm):
1 - 6-8oz sirloin steak or chicken breast grilled
1 - 1 cup Broccoli
1 - 1 cup Quinoa or Brown Rice
Workout (9:00):
Either 45 min HIIT Cardio or Weight lifting. (depends on day)
Last meal (10:00):
1 - 1 scoop Whey protein shake
1 - Banana
Thats pretty much my days. Boring. But it works.
i couldnt eat the same thing everyday! i always have to mix it up....
now Bens way sounds pretty good. i could eat all that stuff everyday easy. what the hell is Quinoa btw?

Its a grain. (pronounced KEEN-WA) Similar to brown rice. Its super good. Goes with anything. You can mix it with pasta sauce or even ice cream and its good! You can usually find it at specialty grocery stores.
hope your joking on the ice cream part. but what you do sounds pretty good. might look into it if i can afford. being that i dont have a job now. basically, im a loser. lol

Don't want to sound too gay, but I started following weight watchers with my woman (figured the benefits were two fold, she gets smaller and if she dumps me I have a better chance of finding another chick.....), none of buying their food or that crap, just following their points plan, I started in July of 07 around 290, buy december was around 230. Sitting in the high 220's right now, haven't been following to close, waiting til it's warm so I can ride a bike again. Worked pretty well and isn't to hard to follow . Chuck

have a question for you guys. after you work out, lets say you do legs, do you work out again even if your legs are still sore? or do you wait until they are not sore? i just started working out again, did legs and my fucking legs are still sore as hell uhmm.... 3 days later.
