1965 Ford F-100 suspension

I have a guy wanting me to lower his truck but i can't find any parts for it. he just wants it to ride low without bags. does anybody know of any place where i can order him some spindles and lowering springs for the front. any suggestions would help.

the 65s had i beams you can get 3" drop ibeams and you can cut coils to get it lower but depending on how low you go the camber will become an issue. If he wants it really low the best would be to swap out to a Mustang II or some other ifs.

now the ibeams sounds great but where can i get them? as for cutting the coils that is out the question, been there done that dont want to do it again. i told him about the camber and how it bad it will get and he just is going to worry about it later i guess. just glad i ain't paying for his tires.

DJM makes a 3" drop ibeam and a 4" shackle and hanger for the rear.

or you could find an old school allignment shop to bend the stock beams.... will cut out the camber when dropped. of course needing a smaller spring though. like a 5 inch drop, spring from a diff car/truck? Then have the beams bent...or just cut them like mentioned. not sure why you dont wanna do that.

You can get the beams from summit and they don't charge shipping!! just a $10.95 handling charge. I think 2 inches is the lowest you can go with stock beams and then have them bent to correct the camber. But I may be wrong, it wouldn't be the first time! hope that helps
