90 bronco II 4wd to 2wd swap

I have a 90 bronco II and i wanna get rid of the 4wd because it doesnt even work, and it rattles too much... anyone know anything about swapping it over to 2wd? what all do i have to do? i want to lower it while im at it too, so will dream beams from a ranger work on the front?

ight man all u gotta to is cut the front part of the frame off of ur bronco 2 and interchangeable it wt a ranger 2wd front part of the frame...and that should werk....

a 2wd b2 is built on a 4wd frame the beams are different than a ranger. i have a 2wd for sale that is lowered with ranger beams you have too cut some stuff too make them work. i have the stock 2wd beams from my truck if you are going too swap to 2wd all you have too do is remove the front diff. beams and drive shaft and replace with 2wd beams...

yea you could leave the t case in there, 2wd bII's came w/ dummy t cases which just didnt have provision for the front shaft. use a ranger front crossmember/beams etc. or go ahead and yota clip it lol.
