does anyone know how much it costs for receiving a ticket for speeding doing 80 in a 65 (22349(a) VC) and also following too closely (21703 VC)while in CA. got pulled over today and was just wondering how much this is going to set me back.

doesnt help at all, but i was doing 91 in a 70 in georgia and the ticket was if i remember correctly a lil over $150.

Have you checked the back of the ticket? Sometimes they are on there. Here in texas you can take a defensive driving class if it is under a certain mph over speed limit. It's cheaper and it even gets you 10% off on insurance..
