Free CD/DVD downloads? Where to find?

I know there's gotta be someone that knows of a free website still that you can download CDs or DVDs. I can't remember the one I used to use about 6yrs ago. I'm so tired of having a DVD burner and not being able to use it. Help me out. And I'm not looking to pay for anything. I'm cheap and want it FREE!
