wheel adapters. anybody have any trouble with them?

the wheels i have are 20x8" with 5&7/8" of backspacing so i need a pretty think adapter. thanks for the info on that site cause i'm pretty sure they may have to be specially made. just watch though right after i buy some adapters i'll find someone lookin to trade their s10 wheels for 20's for a grand am.
