installing grant bumper

I was just wondering what was required to install one of the grant bumpers on to a 98 s10. does it just bolt up? or do i have to modify it at all to put it on?

I was curious about the same thing but for the 1st gen

Make new bumper mounts.. For the 1st gen i have to make new mounts and trim fender.
