I cut the pinch weld on my wagon and it lays out but the mounting points on the front fender bolted to the pinch. I was wondering what you guys are doing to fix this and where you are bolting the fender and how you are doing it. Here is a pic of my wagon so you can see what I'm talking about.

On my zoo i just bent that tab up straight and welded a nut on the inside of the rocker. It's a little trickier to get the fender on but works.

I thought about something like that but did you use a different bolt? If I do it like that the factory bolt will stick down and eventually be dragged off. Im guessing a flush mount or recessed style.

The bolt actual goes from inside out. not up. You may have to add some to the tab that's there to make it long enough.

You could also add a bracket really low in the door jamb to hold it as well as in the wheel well.

See that small tab on the lower part of your fender lip? Looks like its made for a bolt hole. Run a small tab off the side of the cab/firewall to that bolt hole and use that.

Make a tab for the door jamb and outer side of the inner fenderwell.

Does anyones else have pictures of cutting the pinch? Maybe some pictures of a few examlpes already done would help this guy.
