Mandrel Bending

who does it, anyone on the west coast do it??? ive called around came up with nothing

For square tubing or what? I've found a couple places on the net that do it.

2x3 or 2x4 for frame rails

They'll bend to your dimensions.

its all done with 11 gauge.......not sure if i want to go that route

IN fonta is a company called S&L Pipe they will be able to bend it via heating and packing it with sand to eliminate the tubinig from collapsing, talk to David @ 909.355.3015. Also Fabco is another one who can get it done for you. 909.350.1535.

11ga is 1/8". Thats plenty for a minitruck.

I was going to use those on the truck in my shop but it was cheaper to go down and buy 24' of 2x3x.1875" and make my own. Granted it would have looked nice and curvey but it will still look just as good without the curves.
