Help with reflections.

ok, i need some major help here guys. im doing a photoshop for my brother and he wants a gloss paint....his truck is flat green. how do i add reflections to make i realistic? any help is greatly appreciated.

If there are no reflections or hot spots you will have to draw them in as I do in my vetor renderings to get a glossy paint, see some examples below. I typically create my highlights by drawing in white and then will either set the layer to overlay, soft or hard light you will have to play with it a little and keep in mind how the body line will reflect light.

Draw some highlights in the paint
