Sprint coverage in GA is pretty. I have one of the hybrid phones that uses Nextel 2way with Sprint voice/data.
They do have shitty customer service. Usually have to go up to the store and act like an ass to get anything from them.

with this one, it seems to depend on where you live.
here in so cal, i dont know of anyone that has had major problems with them, hold time is a little long when you call, but thats it.
we have 5 phones through sprint/nextel and we are very happy with them.

i havent had any real problems with them. you do have to show your ass some to get something done but for the most part its not bad.

Same with cingular, and its not even cell phone related but adelphia/time warner... my life would be so much easier if i had other options besides those guys..
