Ok guy, what are the pro and cons on a over the axel bag setup for a truck built for dragging VS's a regular 2 link setup with the bags mounted on the 2 link.

If you mount the bags centered over the lower bars you can still run the bags there and and do a 4 link. Do a search about 2 links.

what i meant was wich would be best for dragging. I was thinking of going with a 2 or 4 link setup but mounting the bags over the axel to the bridge on the c notch instead of on the 2link bars.

It won't matter for dragging which you do as all the air is out and the link just keep the axle there. It's everywhere else you drive that the difference will be noticed.

it will not matter for draggin but why the heck would you build it just to drag and not want it to ride good when driving. is this why everybody wants things bagged is just to drag and destroy what you build.

I like my bag over axel setup, don't drag much but it rides nice really low.

I run over the axle and I can drag (gas tank). like jason said though... it doesnt matter what type setup you run for dragging (that i know of)

i have bags over axle and its stiff as hell, the only bag over axle setup that rides soft is one with f9000s (just my opinion)

Bags over axle = shitty ride with no lift

I know I will catch hell over that statement but its true.
