OK when traditional or stockfloor bodydropping a truck on 20-22s. Must you Z the Front Frame and why must you dont that?

z'ing is really more a matter of getting the frame to lay out flat. it raises the front crossmembers so that the control arms dont lay on the ground. in doing so it will also lower the body some, pending on how big of a z you choose to do, which will make the bodydrop smaller.

you dont have to but the frt x member is lower than the frame but kp is selling a frt x member that will lay frame on a 29inch tall tire but if you use that then you could drop the body mounts and not have to b/d the truck

if its a 73-87 u z the frame about 2.5-3 inches and cut the frame under the cab that sticks out and put a straight piece of 2x4 tubing to get rid of that curve and it will lay flat rockers on a 20 maybe even a 22
