ram 1500 vs chevy gmc 1500

looking to buy a used daily driver may occaisionlly tow my tacoma and my girls cavalier just wanting to get some feed back on both trucks likes dislikes overall maintence etc etc truck will be 2wd extended cab also should i roll 20s or 22s as far as towing goes will most likely add a drop kit and a fs ride rite kit

do the chev.lowering parts more easy to get a hold of and cheaper.also get the chev that has the tow/haul pkg with the 3.73 gear ratio and the engine of either a 5.3 or 5.7 depending on the year.

chevy, or gmc, the only difference is the gmc has a posi. and diff grille etc.

dodge wins if you go with the cummins 2500, thats a diiferent story though/

chevy all the way. I have one of each, and I would never own anther dodge again. My chev is twice the truck that my dodge is, and half the repairs.

as a dodge tech gm all the way dodge has to many tranny issues

thanks guys i had a durango in the past and was not happy with dodge but for the right price i thought id take a look but im deffinatly gonna look at the chevy thyanks again for the input

nothing wrong with a dodge. ive had mine for 5 years now. its called "dont beat your truck up" it will last longer. get what you want, dont follow everyboby else.

i heard about that too my buddy had a dodge and gave him hells of problems if i was you ill get a chevy or gmc in my opinion or something else then dodge
