where do I find high quality fonts that can look good even when there large? all I can find are fonts that look horrible when blown up, what's the best way to create custom fonts

no... go get a bitmap font and crank that puppy up to 160+ in photoshop and see what happens. your going to want a TrueType font or anything equivalent to it...
