what does the lowest bar do?

edit:: they keep the bag mount flat throughout travel?

looks like the lowest bar keeps the bag upright besause it has the pivot point built in,prolly not needed but looks cool as hell.

I checked out the website. It looks like the shop does more "high performance" work than anything else. I know it brings home the bacon, but are you guys "air suspension" first, then "performance", or the other way around?
