toy hubs on a mazda?

my boy wantsto put a toyota hub on his mazda so he doesnt have to redrill his stock hubs.whats the best way to do this?

I am not sure how stock ball joints bolt up but I have heard of control arm companies that make them for Mazda that fit yota ball joint.

Cando has the upper and lower tubular control arms and the balljoints match the Toyota spindle. The lower has a plate so you put the bag wherever you want it. And you also lose all the torsion bar crap.
