Thats not new or different.People overseas have been building stuff like that for years.The flared fenders is a dead giveaway that the car is not in north America.Those are the people that started that ratrod stuff except they call it ratstylez.

i like the rusted plastic bumpers.

It reminds me of the fiberglass 37 coupe that was painted to look like it was rusted, with weathered paint and holes drilled in the body.

Whats rod about it?
