stuck distributer

my caddy distributer is frozen in place and timing cant be adjusted

need some tips on removing it with out damaging the block or internal parts

tried warming motorand prying it outwas told to use liquid nitrogrn to shrink and a torch to heat block to expand it..but is there an easier way??
