honda accord trunk questions

i have a 96 with the retarded inner tailights just wondering if a 94 or 95 lid would fit so i only have to shave the key hole, emblems, and tag box plus i wanna work onit at work and buying a new trunk lid would let me be able to get around with out my trunk being off while i work on it and i wont screw up a good trunk lid
