The most popular supersingle is a 22.5x12.25, they also make them in 14" and 16". The problem with running these as a milled 22 is finding a street tire that is wide enough to cover the wheels properly.
Ronald- The boltspacing of the wheels are the same in most cases however there are different wheel styles with other bolt patterns.

Is there still not a street tire wide enough to fit a Milled Super Single???
For a lowered Dually that is.

Bobby Morris ~ You are correct, you cannot use the hub piloted adapters with stud piloted wheels. This is due to several reasons. The stud piloted wheels have a hub bore that is bigger in diameter and the stud holes are also bigger with the conical edges on them.
prican2000 ~There is still not a 22 street tread tire wide enough to fit correctly on the super single wheels. Most of the super single wheels are 12.25" wide and therefore for the tire to fit on it correctly you will need a tire that is at least 14" wide which would be in the 355 section width area or higher.

Actually there are stud adapters for big trucks to run old style wheels on hub piloted or "unilug" style wheels.
I drove a big truck for 8 years and also worked on many of them during the changeover in the industry from the older style wheels to the later style wheels.
