2004 F-150, stock floored under slung chassis, all round tube

Looking at it closer it just looks like it was heated to make that bend. The metal looks scaly which I thought was grind marks when I first looked.

yeah the two pieces at the bottom right are welded together and extend 7 inches into the 3x4 frame rails and are welded to them.

looks great, im on the same boat. almost makes a year since i've driven mine. still got alot left. i'd like to see pics of your front suspension, we had hell with mine, and now that its finished i dont think i'm happy with out it came out.
