Ford 2.3

I have a carburated 2.3 in my Courier. Anyone know if there was a factory 4 barrel intake or if they are only available via aftermarket?

I have that site and the esslinger site. I was just wandering if there was a factory model intake I could go to a junk yard and find. I doubt there is just wanted to know for sure. But thanks for the help.

there never was one factory, but all the stock car guys run the EFI lower intake w/ the 4 barrel adapter, but you have to have a D port efi head to do it.

I saw some d-ports on E-bay I will have to pick one up. The EFI lower? any modifications needed to make it work on a carbeurated motor?

I really wanna turbo the sum bitch but the carbeurated turbo intakes are nearly impossible to find and high as hell when you do find one.

yea on the carb'd turbo 2.3s, the turbos are ran off the intake manifold...
