valve problem

i have 1/2in e valves, they have been sitting over a year and i finally installed them last night. one of them is letting air out of the dump, and when i fill the tank the valves let air into the bags. any help?

the diaphragms are bad.......

Try taking it apart and stretching the spring above the diaphram...

another thing is when i put power to them nothing happens

You might have them backwards.
