I always browse ebay & see what IS300 parts are up for sale, & well i see this thumbnail for an auction on a grill. I notice on of the pics looks like the wife's IS so i click it & sure nuff it is..........................Should i be mad about this??? The wife's car is the white one

Unless you had a partial or full sponsorship then I would contact them about it. How did they get a pic of it anyway?

I'm sure they got the pics off my club website. I don't even know who the company is, i didn't even buy the grill on her car from them. I'm not really pissed about it, i'ld just like either a cut of profit or some advertising for the club

thats 100% copy right infringement. save the add so if they dont do anything about it. u can go directly to ebay

They didn't ask permission to use your photography, they took your picture & altered it by adding watermarks and stroke for there own advertisement. Even though its just for an Ebay ad its infringement.
