Does Anyone Mind Helpin Me Out.

i need a quick half ass rendering. My Computer had gotten a virus and I had to wipe it clean. No longer have Photoshop. I know people pay for this but iy would be deeply apperciated.

Slam, Shave Door Handles, Tint Windows, & Most Important for the photoshop, PAINT.
Basic Idea of Paint, Botton Half Stock, Upper White or Black Undecided. And yes it is a bad example, lol..
