i,m bagging a 2000 ranger super cab and i was wondering if i had to cut the bottom of my cab for my drive shaft to fit and lay frame i,m only running 18"s
mines on 18 now I didnt have to cut mine
i bagged mine on 18s awhile back and i snapped my drive shaft in half while dragging it was rubbing the bottom of the cab does the 2000 have the big aluminium drive shaft
i broke my drive shaft drunk and tryin to mudd bog in a hay feild 1 nite
yeah it has the huge ass aluminum drive shaft so would it be best if i tunnel the floor anyway
i would go ahead and do it or i dont think you will be able to drag with the truck laid completely out with out brakin it
how much do i need to cut out
get a new driveshaft.... you can either get one made for like 150 bucks or get one out of another ranger that is smaller
if you get a two piece out af an older ranger you will have to have the carrier bearing added to yours
