Viair 380 question.

Will i have a problem if i run regular plastic airline out of a viair 380? I got one but dont have the stock leader hose that come with it. (bought it used) I mainly run a bottle but i want a comp for those just in case times.

maybe. i've blown the plastic line with my comp heating up before. you can buy just the leader hoses from suicidedoors i think it's no more then 20 bucks.

i dont know for sure. i do know the 480s and 380s heads get hot as fuck n it seems like a egg could be cooked on them. i would assume that as long as you ran a metal fitting out the exasust for the line that you could use a compression fitting for attaching the line, i would still run a check valve though

no, just get a new leader hose.... if you use regular airline it may melt, plus theres alot of vibration that you might have trouble with fittings leaking

If you already have a fitting/line to hook up temporary since you have the bottle.. go ahead, but email me your mailing info. and I'll get you a brand new leader hose sent out just so there's no worries and you have a safe permanent fix asap

Well that sucks big nuts, didnt really wanna have to buy one of those things. Its going to get an EDC as soon as i figure out how to remove the ABS from my car.

Kinda strapped for cash right now brotha, thats why i was hoping it would be ok with the plastic line.
