news paper classified ads, graigslist.com, walking out your front door, some of those might help.

the armed forces are ALWAYS hiring. as is the police force, fire fighting academy's, and mcdonalds as well....

now if you mean a custom shop, or anything automotive related.....either show some work on here, or hope they like guys willing to take out the trash for minimum wage and learning new shit.

Find a walmart Distribution Center to work at. I work just sat, sun, and mon. Have all week to work on my truck, do stuff on the side and go to school. Funny thing is I make more money than most of my buddies who graduated already. Plus it's Wal-Mart. Their not going anywhere.

join your local pipefitters union or sheetmetal workers union and go through their apprenticship program. Myself, i joined the the IBEW electricians union. 5 years later I make $34/hr straight time.

hater LOL (only kidding here) you asked about a job. we gave reccomendations. you didnt exactly specify what you were looking for, nor your experience. We don't know anything about you. I don't think any shop is going to hire someone that doesn't show previous work, or AT LEAST a willingness to learn. And by that, I mean a garbage man willing to sit over someones shoulder watching while he isn't doing the trash or sweeping the floors.
