Eskies on a hardbody

Do i need to do anything to the hub or the wheels to get them to fit, like machine the hub down. i see them on hardbodies all the time i just need to know, so i can get it ready to bag and b/d. any help is appreciated.

bore the hub to 4"

it is not the right thing to do... but I have seen allot of people grind the hubs on the truck flat so the wheels just bolt up. I personally dont think it is very safe that way
