NEED MAJOR V.I.N. HELP!

hey guys i got a hold of a bike. i need to track the old license plate number from GA in 2001 or track the V.I.N. to find out the ladies name who owned it. the bike is legit and not stolen but i bought it off of her ex husband and she wont give up the title due to spite and she thinks it is total loss wrecked and junked. i want to talk to her and tell her i got it for parts but i need paper work. the only problem is i cant get her name out of him. so can anyone help???? there is some money in it for you if you can get the info in a timely manor. thanks a million guys

call the GA dmv. show a bill of sale titel is yours.
