about FBI (every one should read this)

well everyone on here talks shit and every one knows this and fbi has been hated on alot in these forums. i just want to tell you guys my expirence and see if it changes things a little.
anyway back in august i wrecked my truck and needed a new front end so i ordered the rodeo conversion from fbi and a bumper they were selling in the isuzu forums for 20 dollars
well as usual with fbi it took for ever to get my front end and when i got it all the parts came at separate times and guess what the bumper never came. this caused me to source one on ebay which i ended up paying $119 for. so now i just recently got over it
but people started bitching about fbi again on here and instead of taking my anger about the situation out to the public i emailed phil directly and told him what happend. this was two weeks ago
phil still remembered my order and how long it took to actually get my parts out to me and told me that they probably ended up selling my bumper before it got shipped since the warehouse was so hectic.
i told him it was cool but i really didnt feel good about ordering from them any more and he agreed that if he was me he probably wouldnt either. he wanted to help me out be cause of what happend and i told him i need a four link. all he asked was what one i wanted and i told him i wanted the super duty 4-link they sell which runs around 200 somthing dollars. so phill took off the cos of the orignal bumper i bought from them and the bumper i bought from ebay plus gave me the member price and sent me the chrome bars so in the end i only pay like $80

not sure if Jon is still there, he used to hang out with NorCal AA from what I remember. had a silver s-10 with Harms on it that was bd'd. I had a problem with them, jon took care of it. Heck I still have that same FBIMini.com sticker on the bottom of my front window to this day, it'll never come off.

I will have to agree with this. FBI has great potential but right now its a frustrating issue. Your company is nothing if you can stand by your promise of stock. The website is very misleading in the fact that you are led to believe that everything is in stock when it usually isnt. Our order took two weeks and if it wasnt for calling everyday, it may have been longer. There are no excuses for this when the website shows everything in stock. I had to drop like 3 things off our order just so i could get the equiupment in time to make our show. I do aknowledge that Phil is the master for comprimises but it shouldnt get this far and in the long run will not fix the problem. I will probably order from fbi again but only in a situation where time isnt a issue... just my .02

I had a great experience with FBI. rollpan came to my house super fast and fit like a dream. before i dragged it off... Ill order from them again without a doubt.

Well my .02 is along time ago I ordered a toyota bumper from the was taking forever so I canceled it and than I ordered a lexan back window which they took the money out quickly but it took so long to get it i forgot about it and decided to do something else and than it showed up and it was tinted when I ordered clear. I have ordered other stuff from them actually alot of stuff but not anymore.

I havent had a problem with them, but I work at a warehouse that sells a hell of a lot more stuff than they do, and it gets hectic, believe me I sell people thousands to tens ofthousands worth of parts everyday to make them money, so I know first hand that we are all human, and you just have to accept that. But as for me I will put in a good word for FBI. Hands down they are pretty good, but every company has flaws, you just have to work them out.

yeah i to have had good luck with f.b.i i get the things i order from them at a good price and pretty fast as well.i wil say they messd up an order "didnt send me some bushings" and overcharged me on one part but they took care of it.and they were cool to deal with called um up told them my issue and they fixed it said sorry.so they are all good in my book.with their controll arms they said 2 weeks and i got them in 2 weeks i called suicide doors for 6 months when they were saying 2 weeks and they be done.not hateing on s.s.d but shit it happens i mean look at how big the scene is people are gonna run ota parts at sometime?

I have yet to get the new led taillights, and two rollpans that were damaged in. Told me they would call me back, this was a month ago? I ordered all the stuff before christmas.

they did send me same day orders at different times, did take them almost month and half, i was fine with that cuz they messed up my order and sent me better bags, but the skin combo i ordered with lights in spec. spot were wrong and all they said was i would have to buy another one at reg. price, but that was also 3yrs ago and havent dealed with them since, other than that they are a pretty good company that has come along way.
