I don't know about Slidell but where I live (westbank)not everyone checks everything. You might be able to find a place that doesnt check. What parish are you in? Good luck.

im in baton rouge now, i used to go to chalmette where if you have a car you get a sticker lol, im gonna try port allen, seems like they might be the same

Just find a place that has beer cans in the trash can. Then show up with a 12 pack and ask for an inspection. It works in Texas. LOL
