Bagged Tow vehicle??

Ok I am in the narket for a tow vehicle. I saw a 4 dour tahoe today that has been bagged. I was wondering if it is capable of pulling around my C-10 and trailor. It has a triangulated 4-link. Lower bars are forward and top bars are to the rear with the bags mounted on them. It is tubbed and motched it looks like it should lay out. It also has 22's. What do you guys think?

sounds good 2 me i think that it should pull it no prollem.....
