Had a shop bag my truck and passenger side rear wheel is closer than left side.On Nissan Customs Site,I saw where this is normal or common for Hardbodies. Is this true? Can it be corrected,or should I pull the rear panel out to keep from rubbing wheel when layed. Thanks
ehhh...they must of screwed your 4link up. your axle should be center no matter what. when you asked on NC the people who replied prolly thought you were talking about the "Nissan Ghetto Lean"
which is when you dropp your truck it will lean to the right.
but i would bring the truck back and have them center your axle. and i wouldnt pay anymore money.
^^^^^^^^^ wish i had known it was "Normal" I thought i did something wrong. But didnt want to tell anyone
my nissan's rear end is offcenter.. check my profile for pics.. but then again, i have a yota rear end and the dumbass who bagged it couldnt read a tape.
Are you running a pan hard bar?
Are you running a pan hard bar?
yea if its 2 linked ith a panhard your rear end will move a bit from side to side when articulating up and down, but if its 4 linked he fucked you up/
No I don't have a panhard bar.Just upper/lower bars.Don't know much about this stuff, but several people on NC said their rear was closer to one side or the other.Even Pleasures Burban said he had the same problem.I just wanna' roll safely and correctly.
factory it mgiht be off, but if they 4 linked it, sounds like they did, they should of centered it, then linked it so its centered.
I really don't want to deal with that shop again. Can anyone in SO Cal help me out.I'm out by LAX.Just want my shit done right. He's the biggest bullshitter you'd ever meet. His shop was featured in MT a few years back.Just goes to show, that just because they make it in a magazine, don't mean they know shit!
